Instantly sync fan contacts and purchases from Tixr to Laylo
How it works:
Upon installing, Tixr ticket purchaser data will flow into Laylo. This allows you to:
1 - Automatically opt-in ticket purchasers into your Laylo CRM (Email only)
2 - Segment your Laylo messaging based on event purchase data
3 - Track ticketing revenue from your Laylo drops and messaging

Set up API Keys (on TIXR)

1A. Go to your Tixr dashboard. Click “Settings” and then select “System Tools”
1B. Click “Client Partners” and then “Create New”
1C. Enter an Account Name (ie. “Laylo”).
1D. Generate your keys:
1E. Click Save to store the newly generated keys.

2A. Log into Laylo
2B. Navigate to Settings → Integrations
2C. Select the Tixr integration

2D. Copy/Paste in your keys from Tixr (from Step 1D)
2E. Click Save
2F. Once saved, copy your Webhook URL from Laylo (you’ll use it in the next step)

3A. Go to your TIXR dashboard. Click “Settings” and then click “Notifications”.

3B. Click “Channels” in the second pane from the left.

3C. Click “Create New Channel”

3D. Type in Laylo as the “Name” and select Webhook as the “Type”. Paste in the “Payload URL” that was copied from Laylo in step 2F.

Click “Save” in the top right

4A. Now, switch over to “Policies”

4B. Click “Create New Policy”

4C. Set the Name to “Laylo” and the Type to “Order”. Click “Next - Conditions”

4D. Click “Add Condition”

4E. Select Order Status as the “Field Type” and “Complete” as the “Selections”. Then click “Add”. Then click “Next - Channels”.

4F. Click “Add a Channel” and select Laylo

! IMPORTANT STEP !
4G. Click the plus sign in the square box next to where it now says Laylo. Then click “Save”

4H. You should see this on your “Policies” page. Laylo and TIXR are now integrated and Laylo is capturing order completions!
