❇️ Follow this guide to sync your fan data from Posh to Laylo

Copy Webhook URL (on Laylo)

1A. Log into Laylo

1B. Navigate to Settings → Integrations

1C. Scroll to the Posh app and create a new Webhook URL

1D. Copy the Webhook URL from Laylo (you'll use it in the next step — it should start with events.laylo.com)

Navigate to Webhook Settings (on Posh)

2A. Log into your Posh dashboard

2B. Click "Settings" and then click "Webhooks"

Paste URL & Enable Webhook

3A. Paste your Webhook URL (from step 1D) into the "Webhook Endpoint" input box

3B. Toggle on the "New Order" webhook

3C. Click "Save Changes" at the bottom of the page

Confirm Connection (on Laylo)

As soon as data begins flowing from Pixel → Laylo (aka once tickets have been sold) you will be able to confirm the connection with these steps:

4B. The Posh app will display a green status
