Instantly sync fan contacts and purchase data from Weeztix to Laylo

How it works:

Upon installing, Laylo will sync ticket purchaser data from Weeztix into Laylo. This allows you to:

1 - Automatically sync fan data into your Laylo CRM (Email + SMS)

2 - Segment your Laylo messaging based on event purchase data

3 - Track ticketing revenue from your Laylo drops and messaging

Installation Instructions

  1. Log in to your Laylo account and navigate to Settings → Integrations

  2. Select the Weeztix integration

  3. Click Connect

  4. Log in using your Wiztix credentials and select the target company you want to connect to Laylo

  5. Success! Your Wiztix account is now connected to Laylo 🎉

Important Setup Requirements (Required for Proper Tracking)

When creating a ticket in Wiztix, make sure the following options are enabled:

1. Enable Phone Number Collection

Ensure that phone number is required during checkout.

This allows Laylo to properly track and attribute conversions back to the correct fans when they make a purchase on Wiztix.

2. Enable Marketing Opt-In

Make sure purchasers are asked to opt in with the option:

“Keep me updated about this and future events”

If a purchaser checks or enables this option, they will be opted in to Laylo and can receive messages from your Laylo account.

Only fans who opt in to receive updates will be eligible to receive messages from Laylo.

Ensuring both phone number collection and marketing opt-in are enabled is critical for accurate attribution and messaging.
