Instantly sync fan contacts and purchase data from Weeztix to Laylo

How it works:

Upon installing, Laylo will sync ticket purchaser data from Weeztix into Laylo. This allows you to:

1 - Automatically sync fan data into your Laylo CRM (Email + SMS)

2 - Segment your Laylo messaging based on event purchase data

3 - Track ticketing revenue from your Laylo drops and messaging

Log into your Weeztix account

1A. Begin by logging in to your Weeztix account

Connect (on Laylo)

2A. Log into Laylo

2B. Navigate to Settings → Integrations

2C. Select the Weeztix integration

2D. Click ‘Connect’

2E. Log in using your Weeztix credentials and select the target company you want to connect to Laylo

2F. Your Weeztix account is now connected to Laylo.

Ticket Setup (Required for Proper Tracking)

NOTE - You will need to enable this for every Weeztix ticket where you’d like to collect fan’s SMS marketing opt-in.

!IMPORTANT - Ensuring both phone number collection and marketing opt-in are enabled is critical for accurate attribution and messaging.

Confirm Connection (on Laylo)

4A. Navigate to Laylo Settings → Integrations

4B. The Weeztix card will display a green status indicator once you have begun receiving fan data

Troubleshooting

• No permissions access? Contact your Weeztix account admin to enable Integration Settings
• Connection not showing green? The connection will only turn green once data has begun flowing (aka once a fan has subscribed to a Weeztix event)
