❇️ Follow this guide to sync your fan data from Universe to Laylo

Copy Webhook URL (on Laylo)

1A. Log into Laylo

1B. Navigate to Settings → Integrations

1C. Scroll to the Universe app and create a new Webhook URL

1D. Copy the Webhook URL from Laylo (you'll use it in step 3 — it should start with events.laylo.com)

Navigate to Webhook Settings (on Universe)

2A. Log into your Universe account

2B. Click your profile name in the top-right corner and select "Settings" from the dropdown menu

2C. In the "Account" tab, scroll down to the Webhooks section

2D. Click "Add Webhook"

Configure & Save Webhook

3A: In the "Add Webhook" modal, fill in the following fields:

• URL: Paste your Webhook URL from step 1D
• Secret: Enter a secret key (this acts as a password between Universe and Laylo to keep your data secure)
• Active?: Check this box to activate the webhook

3B. Click "Save" and you're done!

Confirm Connection (on Laylo)

Once connected, Laylo will begin syncing your data:

3A. Navigate to Laylo Settings → Integrations. The Universe app will display a green status

3B. Navigate to your fan dashboard to see fan data funneling in

• Every time a new ticket is purchased on Universe, all associated event and purchase data will automatically sync to Laylo in real time </aside>

Troubleshooting

• Connection not showing green on Laylo? The connection will only turn green once data has begun flowing (aka once a fan has purchased a ticket via Universe)
• Can't find the Webhooks section? Click your profile name → Settings → Account tab → scroll down to the Webhooks section
• Webhook marked as inactive? If the POST request to the Payload URL fails, Universe will automatically mark the webhook as inactive — re-enable it from your user settings
