❇️ Follow this guide to sync your fan data from Seated to Laylo

Copy Webhook URL (on Laylo)

1A. Log into Laylo

1B. Navigate to Settings → Integrations

1C. Scroll to the Seated app and create a new Webhook URL

1D. Copy the Webhook URL from Laylo (you'll use it in the next step)

Navigate to Webhook Settings (on Seated)

2A. Log into your Seated dashboard and click "Settings"

2B. Click "Integrations"

2C. Scroll down to "Webhook" and click "Create"

Configure & Save Webhook (on Seated)

3A. Paste your Webhook URL (from step 1D) into the URL field

3B. Click "Test Webhook", then click "Continue"

3C. For "Name", type "Laylo" or something similar

3D. Make sure to select both "Email Opt-in" and "Phone Opt-in"

3E. Click "Save Webhook."

Confirm Connection (on Laylo)

As soon as data begins flowing from Seated → Laylo (aka once tickets have been sold) you will be able to confirm the connection with these steps:

4A. Navigate to Laylo Settings → Integrations

4B. The Seated app will display a green status
