Instantly sync fan contacts and purchases from Fourvenues to Laylo

How it works:

Upon installing, Laylo will sync ticket purchaser data from Fourvenues into Laylo. This allows you to:

1 - Automatically sync fan data into your Laylo CRM (Email + SMS)

2 - Segment your Laylo messaging based on event purchase data

3 - Track ticketing revenue from your Laylo drops and messaging

Create API Keys (on Laylo)

1A. Log into Laylo

1B. Navigate to Settings → Integrations

1C. Select the Fourvenues integration

1D. Create your API key for Fourvenues

1E. Once created, copy your API Key from Laylo (you’ll use it in the next step)

Add API Keys (on Fourvenues)

2A. Go to your Fourvenues dashboard. Click “Settings”

2B. Click “Web settings”

2C. Paste your API key (from step 1E) into the API Key field and click Validate

Confirm Connection (on Laylo)

3A. Navigate to Laylo Settings → Integrations

3B. The Fourvenues card will display a green status indicator once data starts flowing

NOTE: The connection will only turn green once data has begun flowing (aka once tickets have been sold)

Troubleshooting

• No permissions access? Contact your Fourvenues account admin to enable Integration Settings
• Connection not showing green? Ensure a purchase has been made on an Fourvenues event after setup
