Connect Fandiem to Laylo in order to:

1 - Automatically sync fan data captured on Fandiem into your Laylo CRM (Email + SMS)

2 - Segment your Laylo messaging based on Fandiem campaign

3 - Send a message about your Fandiem campaign and track revenue

Copy Webhook URL (on Laylo)

1A. Log into Laylo

1B. Navigate to Settings → Integrations

1C. Select the Fandiem integration

1D. Copy your webhook URL from Laylo (you’ll use it in the next step)

Add your webhook URL to Fandiem

2A. Log into Fandiem and navigate to account configuration

2B. Paste your webhook URL (from step 1D) into the Laylo field

Confirm Connection (on Laylo)

3A. Navigate to Laylo Settings → Integrations

3B. The Fandiem card will display a green status indicator once we have received data

Troubleshooting

• No permissions access? Contact your Fandiem account admin to enable Integration Settings
• Connection not showing green? The connection will only turn green once data has begun flowing (aka once a fan has subscribed to a Fandiem campaign)
