Instantly sync fan contacts from FanVids to Laylo

How it works:

Upon installing, Laylo will sync fan data from FanVids into Laylo. This allows you to:

1 - Automatically sync fan data into your Laylo CRM (Email + SMS)

2 - Segment your Laylo messaging based on FanVids campaign

Copy Webhook URL (on Laylo)

1A. Log into Laylo

1B. Navigate to Settings → Integrations

1C. Select the FanVids integration

1D. Copy your webhook URL from Laylo (you’ll use it in the next step)

Add your webhook URL to FanVids

2A. Log into FanVids and navigate to account configuration

2B. Paste your webhook URL (from step 1D) into the Laylo field

Ensure your Page is collecting marketing data (on FanVids)

3A. Navigate to your pages

3B. Open any page you’d like to collect data from

3C. At the bottom of the Fan Data Customization column, toggle on ‘Marketing Consent’

3D. Click ‘Save Changes’ [IMPORTANT!]

NOTE - You will need to enable this for every page where you’d like to collect fan’s marketing opt-in.

Confirm Connection (on Laylo)

4A. Navigate to Laylo Settings → Integrations

4B. The FanVids card will display a green status indicator once we have received data

Troubleshooting

• No permissions access? Contact your FanVids account admin to enable Integration Settings
• Connection not showing green? The connection will only turn green once data has begun flowing (aka once a fan has subscribed to a FanVids event)
