Instantly sync fan contacts and purchases from Eventim to Laylo

How it works:

Upon installing, Laylo will sync ticket purchaser data from Eventim into Laylo. This allows you to:

1 - Automatically sync fan data into your Laylo CRM (Email only)

2 - Segment your Laylo messaging based on event purchase data

3 - Track ticketing revenue from your Laylo drops and messaging

Verify user has integration permissions (on Eventim)

1A. Navigate to your Eventim Dashboard

1B. Select ‘Users’

1C. Toggle on “Integration Settings” permissions

Get Your Webhook URL (on Laylo)

2A. Log into Laylo

2B. Navigate to Settings → Integrations

2C. Select the Eventim integration

2D. Copy your Webhook URL

Enable Laylo Integration (on Eventim)

3A. Log into your Eventim client dashboard

3B. In the left menu, find the Market section

3C. Click Integration Settings

3D. Toggle the integration ON

3E. Paste your Webhook URL from step 2D

3F. Save your settings

Confirm Connection (on Laylo)

As soon as data begins flowing from Eventim → Laylo (aka once tickets have been sold) you will be able to confirm the connection with these steps:

4A. Navigate to Laylo Settings → Integrations

4B. The Eventim card will display a green status indicator once we receive our first conversion event (aka when a ticket is sold)

Troubleshooting

• No permissions access? Contact your Eventim account admin to enable Integration Settings
• Connection not showing green? Ensure a purchase has been made on an Eventim event and we receive our first conversion event (aka when a ticket is sold).
