How it works

Upon installing, Laylo will sync all your previous ticket / event history, which will be available within Message Composer ⇒ Conversions

For any new purchases, Laylo will automatically sync opt-in data from Eventbrite into Laylo, as well as any new event info. You will be able to message folks who did / did not buy tickets, etc

At this time, Laylo can only import fans’ email addresses from Eventbrite into your CRM.

Installation Instructions

1. Log into your Eventbrite account

2. Log in to your Laylo account and navigate to Settings → Integrations

3. Select the Eventbrite Integration

   

4. Click ‘Connect’

   

5. Select ‘Allow’

   

6. Success!

Fans who opt in to receive marketing emails through Eventbrite will appear under the ‘Conversions’ segment when you are composing a message.

• The “opted-in Fans” count represents the total number of people who selected the option to receive marketing emails and can be messaged from your Laylo account.
• The “total Fans” count reflects the total number of ticket purchasers for that event.
