While it typically takes 3-5 business days to register with the phone carriers we understand that there can be unexpected and inconvenient delays.

During that time you can't send messages or collect phone numbers. If you need to run a campaign immediately you can still collect signups in 2 ways.

While your number registers, you can set your profile page or drop to only collect emails.

For your profile page go to Profile settings > then RSVP card and scroll down to signup methods to turn off text signups.

In your drop settings go to Advanced and then scroll down to signup methods to turn off text signups.
