❇️ Follow this guide to sync your fan data from DICE to Laylo

Generate Access Token (on DICE)

1A. Log into your DICE Mio dashboard

1B. Click on your company name on the bottom left

1C. Click "Account Settings"


1D. Scroll down to "Access Tokens"

1E. Generate a new Ticket holder API access token

1F. Copy the access token (you'll use it in the next step)

Add DICE keys (on Laylo)

2A. Go to Laylo Settings → Integrations and click the DICE integration

2B. Add a label (ex. your brand name) — you can add multiple API keys from different DICE accounts, so labeling each one is important

2C. Paste your API key from step 1F and click Save

Confirm Connection (on Laylo)

Once connected, Laylo will begin syncing your data:

3A. Navigate to Laylo Settings → Integrations — the DICE app will display a green status
